4.2 oil pan torque specs

I have a 2004 xj8 that I'm replacing the oil pan gasket. Can anyone please tell me the torque specs for the bolts and the sequence....greatly appreciated

This forum section is for the 3.2/4.0 liter engine cars.

You need to ask your question in the X350 section.
It is probably the same as the 4.0 engines but I never looked up the specs.

oil pan torque specs

Oil Pan
Tighten the retaining bolts in the indicated sequence in two stages.
Stage 1: bolts 1 to 7, tighten .................... 5 Nm
Stage 2: bolts 1 to 17, tighten .................... 12 Nm
