Pal, that's a lot of coolant to lose within 10 minutes. Have you checked the pivotal points? Check the trim around the radiator and once again review all your hoses. Maybe it's going into your oil.

I have to back the dealer on this one. I would look at the housing, rail, o-rings, and the plastic heater hoses. These plastic components just don't last!

By the way. Any indenpendent shop should be able to do the work. Or, even do it yourself. It's not that difficult.

This sounds more like a $200-300 job - if you don't want to do it yourself, take it to an independent import mechanic (as ken suggested).
