Where can I buy a replacement spray head for the windshield wiper...
Mine is pretty much dead... The rubber "jets" that are supposed to spray fluid on the window are all brittled or missing, and windshield is the last place the fluid ends up... Great for pissing off those who ride my a$$ on the hwy though...

 

I noticed the same style spray heads are fitted to wipers on some of my Depot's Buses and Coaches. The main ones are Mercedes Vario/Plaxton Beavers and certain Autobus Classique vehicles. I can't remember who makes them, but know that a variety of commercial vehicles are fitted with similar types, if not the same in some cases, as the XJs. Hope this helps, S.

 

I had the same problem, except mine shot a stream of water straight up and all over the hood. This is where I got the replacement:

I tried to find a cheaper but suitable replacement, but got tired of looking without success. I recently noticed that the nozzle on my father-in-law's '01 Chevy Silverado might work, but I never looked into it since I already bought the OE replacement. You might look into that.
