Abs--traction control fail
Last week the ABS Traction control lights come on. I went looking in this forum for answers. Many answers and help.
Here is were I am.
Had sensors cleaned by a shop, not removed but spray cleaner and air pressure.
Their no cost job.
The lights are still on.
Is my next step to repair/replace the ABS Module? Seeing this is a problem with cold solder joint in the module.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi
I read your post and it does not sound like the shop removed the wheel speed sensors. Did you see how they sprayed the cleaner on the sensors?
These sensors need to be removed to get access to the sensor electrical contacts (this is where you need to clean these sensors).
Use this weblink to view the DIY on cleaning these wheel speed sensors (go down to post#1):

Here are actual photos and instructions on how to clean them in the DIY.

These sensors collect tiny steel particles that scrape off the rotors.
The part of the sensor where they collect is down inside a cavity, and is not accessible without removing the sensor from the car.
This is not particularly hard to do, and does not require lifting the car or removing any wheels. I just did mine a few days ago.

ABS Light now out. second trip this am it didnt come on. Third short trip no light, so I guess the the ABS (Out light gremlin) shut it off.
