I’m having a strange problem with my x308 when I lock my door using the key( I don’t have a fob) the doors lock and about 1 to 2 seconds later the car alarm goes off. I already tried hard reset. I recently put in new speakers but I don’t remember trying the alarm after putting them in

 

You'll have to chase that with a schematic, though it sounds like either a connector may have been dismantled during the speaker install or there's a broken monitor switch.

I found out what it was but I’m not sure how to fix it. It’s seems my passenger side door lock as come out of balance and is now bent when I have a friend move it into place the car will lock and the alarm won’t go off but when it is just resting on it’s own it will trigger the alarm

 

Take the door card off again -- carefully this time -- fix the latch and reinstall -- carefully, this time!
