Coolant leak found, but can't figure out what part this is
Are you speaking of the connector on the small hose?
I believe you need to buy the whole hose -- not expensive.
Check the other ones carefully -- they get brittel and moving them around while servicing can cause damage

I had the one from my expansion tank to the coolant crossover bridge connection break a few months ago, these tubes are extremely weak and it's a pain to remove the connectors

I found this information on these Coolant Expansion Tank Hoses in the Jaguar Electronic Parts Catalog (JEPC). Here is a JPEC file I created:

I am not sure if the hose you need is #7 or #6 in the diagram. But I think it is #7.
