coolant temp

Hey Guys,

Just installed a autometer water temp guage in the 3/4 inch heater hose. The guage is only reading about 125 degrees MAX. does anyone know what the normal coolant temp is at running temp?

The temp should be, at minimum, whatever the thermostat rating is....probably about 195ºF/88ºC. Temp reading at a heater hose isn't really relevent.

same place the current temp gauge goes into...try to see if you can use a T

between 190 to 230
