Hi, this is my first post and I was wondering if anyone had a solution to my problem? i am the proud owner of a 99 xj8l VDP and my dashboard lights are not coming on. i made sure that the dimmer switch is in the on position and looked in my owners manual for a fuse that controls this to no avail. any suggestions?

Check fuse #3 in the left (USA driver's side) heelboard fuse box.

Yes, the door lights ,gear shift lights are on.
