Door handle screw cover.
There is a video on removing the rear door panel that shows the tools they used.
I used the snipping tool in windows 7 and pasted the photo of the small screwdriver (for the small plastic plug) into first jpeg file, also the photo of the upholstery tool (for prying the clips that hold the door panel on) in the second jpeg file.

I always found a razor blade or craft knife worked best, screwdrivers always seemed to damage the plastic
The other thing is to make sure you catch it once it pops off! They can be hard to find if they flick out and end up on the ground
