I went to my local ACE hardware store and bought several 2 gallon pump-up sprayers.
I discarded the hose and spray wand. I bought about 8 feet of stiff plastic tubing and pushed it to the bottom of the tank through the tank outlet and reinstalled the 'O'ring and plastic nut.
I fill the tank and use air pressure to pump fluid to the different gearboxes, transaxles and diffs that I work on.
The pump-up sprayers are about $17 so they are a cheap way to get the fluid in the small holes.
Very ingenious Bob. Right now I use a HF pump on my roll around tool cart. But I may see the time where your system might be the better way. I like the idea of making things easier with things that are around the shop or can be purchased inexpensively.
I had nothing useful to add to this thread, so kept my quiet, but very impressive, and well done.
I will keep my fingers crossed that the remaining work will go smooth, and that you will be back on the road in 2 weeks time.
UPDATE- After removing the trans again we found the problem. Man do I feel dumb. After removing the old A drum I didn't realixe there was a couple spring like plates and a psiton(I guess that's what it's called) that had to be transferred to the new A drum.
After removing we did an air pressure test through the pump housing. After reassembling CORRECTLY we tried the air test again and clutches and olates all moved. Reinstalled trans and glory be she moved in first. Took it out for a spin and dove great. Going to put about 30 miles on it today will then check fluid again tomorrow.
Although we got 2.6 gallons in it. Thanks to everyone for ALL the help.

Nope I have never done trans work other than a filter and gasket.
If I include the trans pump which was my own fault then about $625. It really wasn't as hard as I thought it might be. Had I been a little more thorough it would have been way quicker and about $100 less. There are so many you tube videos on about this. And several threads where they give you step by step directions. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions along the way. God knows I did. So very greatful for the help form this Forum.
