I am trying to replace the upper and lower chains and tensioners on a 1999 X308. Unable to remove the harmonic balancer. I have loosened the large centre nut, applied a puller, using the two bolt holes in the centre of the HB, belted the outer ring, no joy. Is there something I am missing, or a different procedure to use. Have searched the forums, but no more info found.
