The short ones are available on a special-order basis from Advance Auto Parts. I don't think the long ones are. They are admittedly not cheap at 12 bucks each...... If you only need one or 2, that's OK but all 20 would be insane.
I would also like to know of any other source for these. I don't need any right now, but with the weird way that aluminium cap fits on the lugnut one never knows.

Couldn't wait until this weekend, going into work a little late but now know I have the short ones as in your pictures, thanks :-)
