P0300 Random misfire detected

P0304 Misfire detected – cylinder A4 (4)
Cylinder compression low
Worn camshaft / broken valve spring(s)
Fuel delivery pressure (low / high)
Fuel injector(s) blocked / leaking
Fuel injector(s) continuously open
Fuel contamination
Fuel injector circuit fault(s) (Injector DTCs also flagged)
Spark plug failure / fouled / incorrect gap
ECM to ignition module primary circuit fault (Cylinder misfire detected DTCalso flagged)
Ignition module ground circuit open circuit, high resistance
Ignition module / coil failure

P0112 IATS sense circuit high voltage (low air temperature)
IATS to ECM wiring open circuit or high resistance
IATS to ECM sensing circuit short circuit to B+ voltage

Run a compression test. Usually when there is poping in the intake manifold, it is from an intake valve not sealing.

The banks are A and B with cylinders 1-4.

The tensioner replacement is full of risks for the careless or inexperienced.

Find out which bank had the tensioner was replaced.

If it is bank A, then looking at the cam timing is a good start.
