My driver side door and drivers side passenger will not lock , I have tried using key and I cannot turn it to the lock side. I’ve tried using lock button on my remote control. Also I have tried pushing the lock key button on dashboard and nothing. The passenger side door and back seat passenger do lock. I have also tried pushing the lock knob down and only the back drivers side locks that way, the drivers side won’t go down.

Sorry no one has responded before now Eddie....this sounds like the actuators may have died. You'll need to remove the door cards and see.
