luggage lights
Power to the bulb socket..... or where and when?
You need both 12V+ and ground so if you have 12v+ to the socket, it has to be ground
Assuming you have turned the lights on: then we know the switch works at the boot lock; the fuses are good; the wires are good> Sure you have the right bulbs? Try prying the inner spring of the socket out a bit -- you might not have a good contact.
You might have a faulty micro switch.
These 2 luggage lights turn on when the trunk lid is raised and turn off when it closes.
The micro switch that controls it is mounted on the latch and you have to partially remove the latch to it to get the switch off. part number is LNC6242AC - gaudin jaguar discount price is $58.58 plus shipping (probably $15 more).
