having some hard time figuring out the MAF sensor wiring on my XJR 98. I checked the wiring diagram for the model, but the colors are different from what I have. Please check the photo attached.
I would really appreciate if you can clarify this for me. Looking to locate the IAT (inlet air temp) output signal and the earth wire.
You need to look at the 1998 Electrical Guide, page 44 (AJ26 4.0 SC ROW). None of the wires connects to ground directly, they all go to the engine ECU. Here's the extract:
