Default Misfire, swap plugs and coil!

I have a P1316 and P304 code, i changed all the spark plugs and swap coils out twice. Still shows the same P304 and P1316 code. What else could the issue be? Is it a fuel injector thats bad? Please help thanks

For your 304... have you checked for intake leaks? The common denominator is you have swapped coils and plugs with the same result. It could be a bad injector or injector connector.

For 1316... fouled/worn plug, bad injector, low compression, low fuel pressure, even a bad ECM ...and since you swapped them which kind of eliminates them faulty coil pack

Could be wiring / connector.

Hi prodigy215,

I am attaching the Diagnostic Trouble Code Summaries manual, which gives possible causes for each code.

Cheers,

Don
