Can you describe where it is leaking from? Front, back, left or right, on the exhaust manifold?

If your check engine light is on a no codes came up. You have a jaguar specific code that whereever you went, their scanner cant read...check engine light for an oil leak??? Ive never seent aht one. Probobly coincidental, go to a jaguar dealer or shop that can read the codes

Default My oil is leaking!

The check engine came on for a small moment then it went to traction fail. I topped off the oil because it was alittle low from the leak...drove for awhile with no problem until I drove her later....then it happened again. From what I understand this traction fail thing is a sensor letting me know something is wrong, obviously, but where would the oil leak be coming from? The pan? I keep trying to find the route at which the oil flows to figure it out...
Thank you all for helping me out..again!
I love this site!

Unless you have a significant volume of oil leaking you will probably have to clean the bottom of the engine and then inspect the car on a lift.

Check to see if the oil filter is tight. It is at the right front of the engine.

most oil leaks on your car are at the back coners of the cam covers, and if your gonna do those replace the upper tensioners while in there since thats half the labor. Traction control on your is a wheel speed sensor, throttle body, abs module. But your really need to have the codes checked to accuratly diag, other wise I could do better pulling likely problems out of a hat
