Default Oil seepage

I have a very small oil seepage around a part I'm not familiar with. I'll try to decribe it the best way that I can while I try to get pics.

It's on the driver side engine bay. You can get to it without removing anything. It looks like a sensor that plugs into the valve cover area at the front top of the engine what appears to be the timing area. On a BMW or Mercedes (w140) I would call it a referance sensor. The 1988 BMW has one that looks similar to it but smaller located near the crankshaft front gear.). But on the Jag, if it is a reference sensor, looks like it measuring timing. Based off this anyone can tell me what it is so I can order the small gasket for it? If not, that's ok. I'll try to find some pics of it in the mean time. I dont own a camera and any pics off my phone must be routed to GA to a relative who must then post the pics online for me. (I know, I live in the stone age.)
Thus it might take a few days for pics from either going out to bu ya cheap camera, (two days to figure out how to use the blasted thing.) and then a day to figure out how to get it on my cpu. or doing the other way.

found a pic to help out.

See the plugged in wires next (left) to the engine oil dipstick? What is that part? I need the gasket for it.

Plums nailed it. It's the variable valve timing actuator. Sometimes the seals fail and need to be replaced.

I need to replace both vvt seals that are leaking. I have the parts (URO AJ82856). It has the P65 Warnings.ca.gov (Cancer and Reproductive Harm).
I need to know what kind of gloves should I have to handle this product and how to safely dispose
of the old seals. I do not want anyone to be harmed by this product.
