Has anyone have a way of identifying the various Plugs that are under the trunk fuse box., I'm trouble shooting the fuel pump power,.leaving here on BT11-1...... but there are about 4 plugs under the fuses and none Identified. Thanks Chris Elley ( oh yes its a long story )

.
Forgive me stating the obvious but, after 50 years of experience on these issues, the colour codes of wires are your friend. Even with challenged eyesight now, I reckon I could find your wire among that viper's nest in about 15 seconds. Many here would do so in less than 10. The good news is some great advice you will come to treasure . . . photocopy the wiring codes (electrical guide in Stickys), laminate and stick inside each fuse box cover. You too will become an instant expert!

Cheers,

I am presently wiring in an "in-line" fuel pump to see if I can avoid dropping the tank. Going to test hopefully this afternoon................( Will look for said Stickies)

Hahaha . . . handle brings occasional comments!
First entrant to Ken's Catastrophic Cattery was in 1969 . . . the wolf in sheep's clothing as per my avatar.

I like the spirit of your reply, and draw attention also to the great resources, especially wiring diagrams by specific model & year, offered by Gus at <jagrepair.com>.

Chris . . . especially around fuse boxes, and especially if chasing wiring and connector continuity, I find that working from the wiring diagram to id the colour code, to the wiring loom in front of you, is fast and less confusing. You hint at a "long story". Most of us here love a good story (provided it's not too scary!) so do share . . .

Best wishes, and keep us posted,
