Default Strange steering

So i had front upper and lower ball joints replaced and was hoping that this would solve issues with steering. But it didnt. When car is cold, steering is just fine. But when i drive it like 5km steering gets like super sensitive and its not smooth. I can feel all vibrations from steering wheel. It just feels loose and not sharp as it does when i start to drive in the morning.

Could this be some issue with power steering fluid?

What car? What model? where do you live? How old are the tires? What tire pressure?. How dirty is the PS fluid? Did your tech see any fluid leaks from the rack? Was it aligned after your work?

What is it doing or not doing? Sounds as if your shocks are worn (work fine when the fluid is cold . . .) . . . but with what little you have told us, it is hard to guess . . .

1998 xj8
aligned after ball joints replacement

its not tyres, I live in finland so same issue with winter tyres and summer tyres.

No leaks

i will check that PS fluid

issue is more noticable in small speeds as in 10-20 km/h

This is difficult to diagnose without testdriving. Does this car has speed sensivite steering ?

Dont know if this have speed sensitive steering. But update on the issue:

so i jacked the front up
opened the ps reservoir
Fluid level was in the middle of the lines, so cold fill shoul propably be at higher line?
started to steer lock2lock
fluid levels rose approximately 3/5 of reservoir
air bubbles just kept coming, i did complete lock2lock about 20 times and still bubbles.
bubbles came in volyme just before maximum tilt in both sides

so my thinking is that there is somekind of leak somewhere where air can get in. Strange thing is that fluid levels dont drop so air is coming in but no fluid is leaking? Maybe i just have to do this lock2lock method like 100 times and see if the bubbles will disappear.

update2.
when turning steering wheel slowly -> no bubbles
when turning fast -> lots of bubbles

I'd quess that you have cavitating pump that creates air to the system. Usually cavitating pump is making moaning noise though.

I am guessing that this means that pump has to be replaced?
