Stuck in park, no interior lights, no washers, clickking from behind dash - NOT FUSE?
Hi guys,
So my x308 decided to not come out of Park earlier when I stopped to open up the gates to my unit. Had to bypass it and start up in Neutral. P is lit, interior lights are not coming on with door open, washer pump does not appear to operate and upon starting there is a strange clicking from behind the dash. I checked the fuses and all check out as being ok. Fuse 7 left hand heel board fuse box which seems to be a common culprit checked out fine.
Where do I look next!?
Thanks for the help in advance (he types hopefully)!

Forgot to add I had tried a hard reset with no change in behaviour but the idle rpm didn't hunt like it usually does when i've previously done a reset so may try again tomorrow!
When I see or hear of this fault I immediately think of the sun visor mount screws 'shorting' the wires in the headliner causing problems with the BODY PROCESSOR.
People normally complain of these problems after removing/replacing the visors or wiring in the headliner area.
Could be another component related to the Body Processor?

New to Jags myself, but I've sen a LOT of posts mentioning that the x308 is extremely sensitive to low voltage in the battery. If your battery is old or worn down in a couple cells it could be a simple cause.
You might open the gearshift selector assembly and inspect the circuit board. Many have found extraneous deposits which cause malfunctions.
You can clean it up with some Mass Air Flow sensor cleaner and use an air compressor to blow it dry.
