U-Joints replacement costs?

Hi Guys, I'm new to this site but as my car starts aging (280,000 miles) I figure I'll need support to keep it going. I was just quoted $800 (Includes parts & labor) to change my U-Joints or $700 to replace the Driveshaft which includes new U-Joints. Does that sound about right?
