Default valve technical data

Greetings, I have a 2001 (built in Dec 2000) xj8. I bought the car with a broke timing chain. I pulled the heads get them rebuilt. My head guy needs the technical data for the value clearances. Valve spring height and the height of the valve at full deflection of the cam lobe extention. any additional imformation would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Jerry

I uploaded my Engine Repair Course 168 to the large file area on this site. Gus also should have it on his site.
