Washer fluid nowhere to be found?
I have checked my washer fluid many times, and it is always full, but I can't ever get it to work? The hose from the external opening to the wiper is clean and isn't cut, but still nothing. Any suggestions
A lot of electronics pass through fuse #7 15 amp in the Left Hand Heelboard - Left Hand side - US -driver side rear seat (lower panel).
when that fuse blew, I noticed that a number of items were no longer working (windscreen washer was one of the them) on our 2001 XJ8.
Information from 1998 Vehicle Care Handbook:
Rear Compartment Fusebox - Left-hand Heelboard
Fuse 7 15 Amps - Body processor module (battery supply for solenoids, lamps and motors).
Our 2001 Vehicle Care Handbook has the info for that fuse.

Does the pump make noise when you press the button? If it does the electrics are fine, so you need to check if pump is pumping water , and where water goes.
If you disconnect wiper's hose from that connector(carefully not to break it!) and press the button - water should come out through opening, if it does - wiper's hose or sprayer is bad.
