I have noticed that the plastic tube which is connecting the engine to the air intake on my 2001 Jaguar X308 3.2L is not sitting tightly any more. The plastic clamp at where the black spiraled plastic tube connects wo the air intake channel is broken on one side. Please find attached a picture of said black plastic tube.
Does anybody know if I can buy just the plastic clamp somewhere? Or does it always come as the "full black spiraled plastic tube"?
Thank you very much,
bf
The broken clamp in question is the black plastic thing at the top of the picture.
The complete hose is part # NCA3951CB and is available new from Jaguar suppliers, or as an aftermarket item from many sources like eBay for $20-$30 US (approx €20)
Is there a specific tool you are using or do you know the part name by heart?
LOL...I wish I were that smart! There are several suppliers who have an online parts search, SNG Barrett has a good site where you can look up parts and their numbers................. https://www.sngbarratt.com/English/#/us/home

I had an x350 that was the cleanest I’ve seen on the road out here in the Bay Area Cali, I posted it a few times. But my favorite body style easily is the x308, I even had an x300 as well.
