So Its time for me to give back to the forum. Differential Oil change. How to get to fill plug and remove. Well I made my own special tool for this as there is no room to fit any sort of ratchet. I used a 1/2" drive extention. Of course the bar was in the way of this. So with a bench grinder I narrowed the middle of it to about the size of a pencil. Now it fits onto the fill plug. Grind it narrower until it does. Now you still wont fit a ratchet on the end of it. So while your at the bench grinder. Grind a flat spot on each side at the top. Pics below. Now you can just put an adjustable wrench onto the flats and turn out the plug. Put the extension into the plug first. Then bite the adjustable onto it and turn. Took a bit of grinding and any thicker then this and it wont fit.
Then of course since there is no drain plug. You will have to suck out the oil with a hand pump. I used one that screws onto a bottle of gear oil. Great for refilling. But also the suction end is long enough to go through the fill plug and reach the bottom of the diff. Pump old out. Pump new in until it dribbles out the fill plug. ( with vehicle level) Done.

I like that little adapter. Where'd you get that? I'm always trying to come up with just the right length of extensions and sockets. That could come in handy.
