Here is the full ZF5HP24 Transmission Repair Manual. 130 pages of how to disassemble and reassemble this transmission. Published by
ZF Getriebe GmbH Saarbrücken, 98/08/01.

I found this online somewhere about 2 months ago.

I tried to download the .pdf file from the above link and it only takes me back to this post.

Works for me, I get a box asking if I want to save or download.

The menu doesn't seem to work but you can go page by page with no problem.

Hi Norri
I never noticed that the bookmarks do not work. I always use the find function in adobe reader to go to what I need to view in this 130 page PDF file.
