i got an 88 jag xj6 and i was underneath it looking at some stuff and noticed there are 2 small hoses under the gas tank. one seemed to be leaking condensation/gas and is cleaner than the other one, and didnt see anything coming out of the dirtier one, and they are right next to each other.

do either of those lines go anywhere?

 

Do they show up on the vacuun diagram under the hood?

 

not sure, i cant find anything on it

 

If they go into the tank, id have to guess pressure and return lines although those should be on top. But if they go all the way under and to the rear, maybe they are for the ultra rare pop-up tail lamps?..... Sorry, It was the first thing I could think up.
