Can't find kits to recode door locks. Don't feel confident to rebuild tumblers. So I want to find both left and right door handles with locks (or just tumblers) and key. I will just go to a two key system. One for ignition and one for doors. Hoping some one has an XJ6 parts car with working key/locks. Thanks in advance.

Some salvage yards that list parts on eBay are parting XJ40s. If you don't see the parts you need, use the eBay messaging system to conact the seller.

I receive emails from time-to-time from our sponsor Coventry West announcing Jaguars they have acquired for salvage. You might check with them.

If you are just needing a handle because it’s broken the tumbler is easily removed and swapped over to a new/used handle.
