Default Anyone ever get a K&N air filter for their Jag?

I used to get them all the time for my Mazda 3 or Jetta. Do they help a Jag at all either power or mileage wise.

I put one in my XJ6. Can't say that my butt-dyno notices any better performance or that mileage is better. But then I'm not running at high RPM much where the potential for more air could help performance. I never put it on a real dyno to test performance increase.

Even so, I like being able to clean / reuse rather than replacing the filter every year. K&N has been good to me in the past on another vehicle where a paper filter likely would have failed.
