Default Door Latch

Here we go. Passenger left side needs replacement. Can a 94 fit in my 90?

Uh .... color me confused.
Passenger left side? In New Hampshire?
Do you have a RHD car, or did you mean left side rear?
Or ... more likely, do I just need another cup of coffee ....?

Most likely the problem with your door latch is a plastic part that activates when you pull on the handle,if you are handy you can make one of these parts from aluminum an not have to worry about breaking it again. Also the handles are the same both right and left and look to be made out of pot metal. i belirve they are the same 88 to 94.

Sorry about that. Left side passenger, if left being from sitting in the drivers seat (left side in America).

Thank you lumpy. I will post results of either handiwork, or the replacement from my favorite bone yard.

If you can't find what you're looking for at the boneyard, give me a shout. I may be able to help.

Unless I am mistaken, highly possible, the handles are different left to right, because the bit that moves the latch rods is on the opposite end, left to right.

However, actuators etc can be swapped because you can get them out of their support frame and turn them around.

Could be wrong though
