Default Front interior door trim removal?

Anyone know how to get the arm rest cover off in an 89 xj6? It's covering the last screw that is holding the trim on and won't buge.

On my 92 there is a small trim piece on the door side of the hand pull hole which slides up and off . That has a screw behind it besides the 3 holding the armrest on.

The arm rest fits into a key hole slot on the door panel. After removing the screws, use the palm of your hand and smack the armrest towards the front of the car, then wiggle it out.
