Headlight relay location? High beams won't stay on.
When I pull back on the stalk for the high beams, they light up. They go out as soon as I release the stalk. When I activate the lights, I do hear a relay clicking from the engine compartment, but I can't work the stalk and look in the engine compartment at the same time. I've read that there is a relay that latches the lights on and off. This is most likely my problem. I cannot, for the life of me, locate the headlight relay, or the under hood fuse compartment at all.
Where can this headlight relay be found? How about the general under hood fusebox - assuming that there is one.
I apologize for all of the posts I've been making. It seems that I'm jumping all over, but I am just working on the items for which I have parts and tools, as I discover issues. This car is definitely more of a head scratcher than I originally anticipated. Thanks for all the help I've received so far. Hopefully I can turn the tables and give some help later on.

I wish I could find an owners manual. I hate asking silly questions like the following...
To turn on the high beams, do I push the stalk away from me, or towards me? If I pull towards me, the high beams stay on as long as I hold the stalk. The stalk will not go away from me at all, and doesn't feel like it should. Up and down are the turn signals, and pushing towards the column is the horn. The stalk won't twist either, so I can't figure out how the high beams are supposed to stay on.
Looking at the electrical diagrams, I don't see any kind of headlight relay., but I do see a right and left front bulb failure module. Sounds expensive to replace, and odd that neither would latch the high beam.
Away from the car at the moment but I think it's an impulse switch, with lights turned on, pull once = on/highbeam, pull second time = off/lowbeam and so on.
Pull with headlights switched off, high beam flash.

I was able to figure it out... Pull towards yourself to switch. High beams won't stay on unless the headlights are switched on. All is working as it should.
The DRLs were confusing me, as I though I had automatic headlights that came on when dark. I didn't realize they were a thing in 1990.
Now I need to find the time to pull the front end apart so I can aim these headlights properly.
