Default Noisy Wiper Relay/Module Clicking

I just had four new tires installed on my ‘92 Sovereign. First time I’ve had new tires mounted on the car aside from snows. I can’t believe how quiet the car is, and how smooth it takes bumps that used to jar the whole car.

For those who are curious, I have 15” teardrops and chose Sumitomo HTR A/S P02 tires in 215/65R15 size. They are H-speed rated (130mph). I am extremely pleased so far. It’s like I’m driving a new car. But I digress...

Now that it’s so quiet, a noise has become louder. The wiper module or relay (can’t tell which yet) clicks each time the intermittent wipe or single sweep is activated. So a noisy relay clicking noise every 5 seconds or so coming from behind the passenger underscuttle panel.

If its a noisy relay, I’m wondering if something like this
Hella Solid State 12v relay Hella Solid State 12v relay
would work in it's place? Seems very interesting!

I’m curious if anyone has noticed this noise too?

EDIT: After some digging, it appears the motor switching is done at the Wiper Logic ECU, part number DBC10838, which has internal relays... Now I'm having ideas of wrapping the whole module in something like Dynamat!
