Hello everyone.
I am currently overhauling the Jaguar xj6c from 1975.Windshield Wiper system there is a 11-port relay, where is this relay in the car, I can not find it and I have a problem with the Windshield Wiper system
There is another blue relay, which is responsible for the delay and is working properly.
I am attaching a picture of Hriley I can't find his location in the car.

No one knows where relay of the windshield wiper motor in Jaguar xj6 Series 2 ?

 

Not me.

In all the S2 cars I have owned, dismantled, reassembled, I have never seen that sucker. Always had the wiring as switch to motor, and the Park via that silly switch inside. NO intermittant on any of the S2 that I recall.

MAybe it is for a specific market???, no idea which one though.

 

It's interesting, on catalog shows the relay, and there is also a buy on eBay.
But I don't see his location, there's only the relay of the pause.

 

Hi,

On a right hand drive car it's behind the dashboard end cap that I've circled in red.

I don't know if it's on the opposite side for a LHD car.

Hope that's of some help.

Thanks, this is the location of Riley Delay,on LHD it on the other side. there is one more relay in the car. And I can't find it, it may be behind the air conditioner blower,
The wiper motor wires get out of the motor and go in there, I don't see where they are going, get into the car behind the blower
