Default Speaker Replacement Plug and Play Suggestions

On a 93 XJ6, the 4 door speakers need replacement. I am looking for some good aftermarket options which are direct plug and play.
Can someone please provide some suggestions? Thanks

If you want true "plug and play" compatibility, believe it or not the OEM speakers are still available:

DBC6220
LNA4140BA

But they aren't inexpensive. If someone has an aftermarket replacement that is a good match in impedance, power efficiency, power rating and mounting to the original, that would be good to know.

Default aftermarket speakers

I replaced the speakers in my '92 a few years ago. These aren't the exact speakers that I have but I purchased a similar version and have not had any problems:

You have to remove the factory connector and the screw holes aren't perfectly aligned but it took about 10 minutes to install each one once the door panel was removed.
