Default 1994 JAG XJ6 Fuel pump relay location
Hello everyone,
I know absolutely nothing about JAG. I bought one from my neighbor who was 75 years old and now passed away. The car sat in his driveway for 2 years, and I was able to get it to crank and start with some starting fluid. I have checked the 25AMPS fuses on Circuit 1 by the passenger side door for the fuel pump and supplementary fuel pump, and they were both good. Next I am thinking about is the fuel pump relay and would like to know the location to test it or bypass it before I pull the tank out and change the fuel pump.
The car cranks but won't start unless I shoot some starting fluid in the throttle body. I disconnected the fuel rail and it has no pressure at all. Am I on the right track?
Thank you,

It says in the trunk, but I don't seem to find it.

Hi Sam1980,
Welcome to the Jaguar Forums! It's great to have you with us.
The fuel pump relay on '93/'94 cars is in the rear corner of the right rear fender/wing, I think it's above the Bulb Failure Module (BFM). You pull the molded carpet trim panel out, then bend down and look upward into the fender and you'll see the relay on its socket, which is mounted to a metal bracket. The tail lamp housing will be to the right of the relay.
