How hot does it get? Under what circumstances? What is meant by 'too quickly'?
I'd put valve adjustment low on the list.
Your cooling system is totally non-exotic and suffers all the usual maladies:
- radiator clogged, either externally or internally. The best fix, IMHO, is remove the radiator for professional cleaning at the local radiator shop
- cooling system clogged. I'm talking about coolant flow through the engine here
- thermostat sticking
- fan clutch weak
- aux cooling fan not working
Cheers

Too quickly??? As Doug says, I don't understand it either. Over heating is bad, quickly or slowly!!!!
These engines do not tolerate running hot for long. don't ask....
And worse when the guages say OK and it is not OK!!! Don't ask either...
What does the guage say??? needle straight up or close to it.
Engine gurgling and spewing coolant?
Valve adjustment???
Carl

Can you give us more info, please. Like did this overheating suddenly start or has it gradually been building up. If it's sudden, the thermostat may have failed, a cheap and quick fix. If it's not that, then look at the list Doug has supplied.
Tell us more about the car, too, like miles, time in your ownership etc

Sorry guys when i said that she overheats too quickly I didn't mean that it should overheat , what I meant was that she surpasses 90 degrees after about 8 Miles and then she starts to stall... she's only got 50,700mi on her and I've only had her for about a month now. I knew she was going to be a project from the beginning and I knew I would get a lot of help from here , btw THANKS ALOT EVERYONE !! I'm just a beginner when it comes to auto mechanics (barely the basics but wanting to learn more)
