To; The Forum XJ Series II 'Committee in my Head',

Am attempting removal of front bumper. Have recessed bumper lights (indicator/repeaters) detached. Any easy way to separate from cable? Lamp holder appears fixed to rear of light shell. Cable appears integral with lamp holder. Light assembly too large to pass through its own hole. Wires must be cut? Wires encased in continuous plastic loom. Does the loom cover a nearby connector? (I can hear you laughing from here!)

Appreciate any idea's other than cutting wires? Which is probably what will happen by end of afternoon.
