I subscribe to the idea that there should be no liquid anything in the interior of a Jaguar.

why not get off the car at Starbucks and have your coffee at a table?

+1!!
It's just asking for trouble when you mix leather, carpet and liquid.

I knocked over about a 1/4 of a McDonalds "BIG TEA" in my car. I slammed on the brakes and got it off the carpets as fast as I could. Had to clean all leather and wood soon as I got home. That will be that last sweet tea in the Jag!

ok. if you must: You can get free cup holders free at any fast food restaurants, then glue them to the rear seat center armrest. In some of them you can have utensils, ketchup, napkins and other supplies.

just kidding!

the 2002-2007 Jaguar S type rear center armrest has twin cupholders. If you can adapt this armrest to the XJ-6 your dreams will come true.

Ha! That was awesome! Being a coffee achiever I also notice the lack of cup holders in our series cars. Two ashtrays up front but nothing for my double espresso...
It's the best of both worlds - rolling in the XJ with a hot cuppa god's nectar...yummy.
