Question Forced continious recirc. Delanair 2

Perhaps this is a dumb question, but Is there a way to force the S3 Delanair system into continuous recirculation? I have an AC deodorizer and It needs to be placed in the closed car with the system on Recirc. for 10-15 minutes. Ian

sure, just find a way to keep the two bottom blower case FLAPS in the closed position, wedging them with something so they don't open, but I don't know how healthy that will be to the Servo.

What if you blocked the foot well vents (the ones on the fan boxes) Open, thus closing the fresh air intakes.
This would give Continuous Recirculation, or is that not what you mean?

Get the cabin temp as high as you can using the heater. Then select '65' on your temp dial. This should put the system into maximum cooling mode, thus, recirculation mode. Keeping the temp sensor warm will help ensure that it stays in that mode long enough. Maybe use a hair dryer to blow warm air on the sensor? Something like that? Or use the cigar lighter under the sensor if/when the system falls out of max cooling?

Don't roast the sensor. Just keep it warm !

Cheers
