In the blind, but these thoughts come to mind.
1. Idle speed is too fast. 500 to no more than 650 seems best on the 4..2.
2. Worn engine mounts.
3. Most likely. One or more failing universal joints. tere are a lot of them in this cars drive line!!
6. Loose center drive shaft support.
7. Failing transmission mount. A curious device that seems far more complex than needed.
8. Make sure your foot is off the loud pedal when you move the shift lever. Large sized foot wear can do that!!
