Default Need help timing 75 xj12

hi....
i just rip apart a 75 xj12 because i had no comperssion on cylinder 3.
i took off the head and found out that the valve seat fell down which
made the valve stick open. After i get the head back from the shop
i need to time it. i was woundering if you can help me.

The best way to do that job is with the factory tool to set the position of the camshafts before you remove a cylinder head, I think you need a camshaft setting gauge and a factory shop manual.

the thing is that i dont have that tool
and the head is already off...
