Does anyone know if a fender from a 1988 Sovereign fit on a 1990 Sovereign? Tail lights?

 

it depends if you are asking about XJ40 body or Series 3 XJ body, they were both built at the same time in those years.

When things settle, please do an Intro in the New members Area.

If your Sov is a 6cyl, then you need the XJ40 Section, just down the Home Page 2 more.

If it is a V12, then this is the Section.

The Series 3 body shape continued until 1992 ONLY with the V12 engine.

The XJ40, also tagged XJ6 and Sov, began as a 6cyl in 1987 for most markets. That shape went to V12, as well as 6cyl, in 1993.

Confused?, we all were for a while, but you get used to it.
