Default 1984 Jaguar xjs v12 just purchased

Just last week I purchased a 1984 Jaguar xjs with a V12. Everything was working properly, power windows, wipers, wiper washers, blower motor, horn and there may be a few more things that aren't working right.
I didn't dig into it yet but I took the fuse box cover off and the fuse panel looks perfect, but of course I will check all the fuses tomorrow. Is there a specific relay that anyone knows about that could be causing the main problem because I cannot believe that all of these fuses blew simultaneously.
any help would be appreciated

Welcome to the Forums.

I do not know of a relay for all that on an 84 car. Later years, yes.

BUT

You are UP HERE, and your market called for some weird stuff at times. Members in your market will know 100%.

Sometthing has shorted, and you will spend many hours/days/weeks maybe, going through each circuit quietlyu and systematically.

I always suspect aftermarket items, alarms, imobilisers, etc. so if these are fitted, REMOVE THEM, get the wiring back to Factory spec, and begin from there. These are SIMPLE cars in the true meaning of that phrase.

The only thing I could see in the car that is aftermarket is the cassette radio stereo. I am going to go through the fuses today and see if they are okay.

There is a "Load Relay" on the left component panel under the dash. It powers-up 3 or 4 fused circuits. Might be worth checking. For identification, it has brown, black, and white/pink wires

Usually when a bunch of circuits go dead all at once. Looking at the wiring diagram, and figuring out if they are connected to each other, and where? Can lead to a quick fix. I did mention "Usually" Good Luck
