Default 1989 XJS Bosch Alternator Wiring Please Help

This and brakes, and, my car is running and driving! A mouse, or mouses, chewed the alternator wiring. It is a Bosch with load dump module. I have 2 loose ends, the "exciter" wire that runs down the fender to the alternator, from the dash light, and, one end of the load dump module. I think that the load dump is just grounded to body, correct? Also, I hope I have my ground wires on the proper terminal. The ground wires are on the terminal just to the right of the B+ terminal, which has the starter wires on it. So, I am asking, where does the "exciter" wire go, where does the end out of the load dump module go, and, what terminal do the ground wires go on? Please, help, I can't find this info anywhere. Thanks.

That is nice! There is so much info here. Well, it clearly shows. The dump load module and the "exciter" wire both go to the B+ terminals. I can't wait to go work on the Jag. I'll post results here when I finish. THANKS GUS!

RGP, yes, that's what mine looks like. I see a tang on the side of the D+ terminal, with D+ written on IT. Since I have 2 ground wires on the D+ terminal near the B+ terminal, perhaps the "exciter" wire goes on this tang. Does it matter? Thanks.

well mine has 2 push on spade terminals that go on the large 'B' terminal in picture they both run to the starter motor in a conduit bolted to the side of the engine, although you may only have one on yours, the warning light is a small push on 'D+' and goes to the side firewall (flitch).
I have no 'W' terminal. I don't know the word exciter but I only have the three wires and they just use the 2 terms. surrounded by black plastic
hope this helps
the best pic. I can get of it sorry about the claret

Thanks for your help RGP and Gus. As soon as it warms up here, it is 10 degrees F, I will hook the wire up to the D+ terminal. I'll post the results.

Discouraging session. I hooked up the wires, the light on the dash that has a battery on it came on, and, the gauge indicates 12 volts. My only thought is why did I double ground it? The dump load box is grounded, plus, there is a ground from the same terminal to the same body ground bolt. Wouldn't this circumvent the dump load module? Or, a bad alternator. Or a bad dump load module. ????? Any thoughts would be appreciated, you guys got me this far.
