I realise your question was back in July and you may have got an answer.
If nor then a company called Jenvey make a kit for V12 Jaguar.
Made to order, Web site says two weeks delivery from placing order.
Definitely not inexpensive, priced approximately £3000 plus vat.
looks very desirable

The more I think about this and consider this project the closer to succumbing to temptation.
The valid practical considerations raised by Greg and others regarding physical space limits, air filtration and need for ecu remapping to accommodate likely slight increase in air flow are problems that need a solution. Indeed Jenvey allude to tight space limitations in the fitting instructions for their kit ..."The kit fits very close to the cam covers and under the bonnet"
Incidentally could anyone confirm what if any differences there are between bonnet for 4.0 L and V12 bonnet (6.0l facelift in case it matters )
If someone would convince me that they could install this on anew XJS in a competent manner I may bite the bullet.
Also not directly related as it's from a marine application of V12 Jaguar engine

As to Q2, drive it down to France and I will quote a very reasonable charge! Seriously, though, I could recommend a couple of very good independent Jaguar guys, but not that close the Wigan. I am sure so could loads of other posters from the UK.
As RB said, air filtration would be a problem. If Jenvey have no ideas, some sort of huge lightweight fabricated box with the trumpets poking into it, with a large diameter filtered feed from the front/headlight nacelles would seem to be the best option.

lol they would have to be so much smaller than stock for it to not be super sensitive, 12 of the factory TBs would be so much air...
you would need a custom plenum anyways, so if you are going to make one, just find the appropriate sized throttle body off of something else, be it a small nissan engine, ford, etc, and hook that up. Have fun with the throttle linkage and vacuum hoses...oh and air cleaners.
If this helps you realize that it wouldn't do much....Imagine one bank with six cylinders, all with individual TBs and runners, and all with their own air cleaner directly over the TB. Now imagine if you made a chamber to go around all of the air cleaners that had a opening to the fender to feed air in, this would keep all of the air a consistent speed and temperature right? Do you think it would harm performance, or that it would be better to "breath freely" from the exhaust manifold?
Back up and shift the entire thing backwards a step, because that is basically what a single large throttle body is to a large manifold connected to several intake runners. So I don't see how it would be necessary or accomplish much. Was just trying to get you to see it in a different way. There is a reason cars don't have 4,6,8 throttle bodies, it isn't really helpful. You have to understand it IS helpful on carburated engines and this is different because the carbs can only provide so much fuel and atomize it to a limited degree, so while it is hard to get them all set up the same, there are benefits.

Try this:
https://www.borlainduction.com/2930-series.html
The problem with the Jaguar V12 and throttle bodies, as I understand it, is the short space in which to put a runner, or plenum(s). I think multiple TBs would be eye candy, I bet they would be horrible in the mostly stop and go driving a street car sees. High rpm? A whole "nuther" story as we say here in the south.
