Default aux fan Removal question

how the heck does this thing come off??
Do you have to remove the shroud to get to the other side of the wire frame thing that goes around the fan??

I removed the shroud and the aux fan came with it. At the moment it's leaning against the wall in the garage. I'll take a peek at it when I get home this morning and see if you can remove it without pulling the shroud.

Yep.

Pretty much an all day job.

One of the less intelligent assembly procedures on the V12.

Mine died, the engine fan was cracked, coupling iffy, so I fitted the Ford twin thermo fans back in 1998? and never looked back.
