The UK is going to annoy you here, sorry.
I have fitted Ford Falcon (Australian car), of about 1996 onward vintage, twin thermo fans to all my V12's, and many others for 15 years now.
They were about $300 back then, but with the advent of Ebay etc have reduced considerably.
I wired the RH fan as thermo, using teh factory lower hose switch to operate the relay.
The LH is a/c only, and comes on with the a/c only.
They are "almost" a drop in unit. 2 lugs need removing from the side rail of the plastic housing, that's all. They have 2 fans (forgot the diam) with curved blades, and blow the hair on the head in all directions.
The only MUST from me down here, is that the radiator MUST be stripped and 100% performance rated prior to doing this conversion. I refuse to do one without doing this, and 2 new 82c thermostats also.
None of the V12's I have done run hot, even in our 45c+ summers.
On my XJ-S, with the a/c ON, and at 45c outside, in traffic, so worst situation, the LH fan keeps it all under control, the RH thermo does NOT come on, EVER.
I have a "Word" write up for this conversion, BUT, it is too large to add here. I have tried before. I will PM to whomever wants it if they supply their email by PM to me, no problems.

would the falcon be a ford v6?
what about removing the cowling, and strapping 2 x 10" sucking fans directly to the rad with an independent thermo switch, and strapping a 16" blower to the condenser connected to the original switch?
Isay 16" as I have one, but the 10" I will have to get but could be bigger if they will fit. would that work?

As you already have a fan I would use the 10" on the LH side for the AC and install the 16" on the RH side as Grant did hooked up to the thermo switch in the water pump inlet. I know someone who did this on their V12 tarmac race car and it worked ok.

I have done this (but 17" and 12" which are good but were a pain to fit because they are a bit too large diameter) wired as Grant Francis suggests, and they work really well. What I did was to make up a little fan chassis hung at the top from the top rad cross panel and fixed at the bottom to studs I welded onto the cross member the rad sits on, all insulated by the OEM rubber cotton reels the condenser rad sits on (CBC1448). Absolutely vibration free operation.
I do not think a pusher in front of the rad is needed, as it is very hard to fit, will anyway disturb clean airflow to the rad stack, and as I think only a max of 10" is possible I doubt it wouild do much, but I am open to correction as always! What I DO believe is that clean airflow to the rad stack is vital, and moving the horns to each side and the aux coil to the side is a very worthwhile mod. That is if you do not wish to go the while hog, see pic!!

The electric fan availability NOW is significantly higher when I started doing this.
Originally "her" XJ12 S2 had a 16" on the RH side, and a 14" on the LH side, kind of diagonally positioned to fit (push it here, shove it there if that makes sense haha), to clear the power steer pump snout. That V12 had the HUGE thick radiator of PreHE spec, and almost NO room on the engine side. later it got a HE radiator and the Falcon fans. Nothing wrong with the others, just made all the cars the same, so parts supply in my shed was reduced somewhat.
Any European spec fan unit/s will suffice. They have had thermo fans for a very long time, and most move some serious air. You will need "sucker" fans, so watch that one.
Here is the Aussie Falcon I mentioned, and is an inline 6 or V8 5ltr, both use the same fan unit, so as I know, do the task well.

Ok I would use 2 16" fans. Same size as the Ford fans I have (same as Grants)
You could use aluminum bar 25x3mm to mount them. Run the bar vertical, use the t\radiator top support to fix the top and fab something for the lower mount. I welded a couple of pins to the bottom of the radiator that holds the bottom of the fans with a U shaped clip that fits over the radiator and holds the fans, the rad top support holds the U clip in place.
These pics will give you an idea - did it this way to make it easy to remove the fans for servicing as I had the rad out.
Bolts Welded in place
Tidied up and painted
